Where the data comes from

Everything here is derived from public filings: quarterly 13F-HR reports filed with the SEC by institutional managers, House and Senate periodic transaction reports, and Form 4 insider filings. 13F holdings are reported with a lag of up to 45 days after quarter end, show long US-listed equity positions only, and do not include shorts, bonds, or non-US listings. Treat them as a record of what a manager held at a past date — not as a picture of a current portfolio.

Programmatic access

There is a public REST API and an MCP server for AI agents. Both are free and unauthenticated today. If you are building something on top of this data and need higher volume, bulk snapshots, or a stability guarantee, get in touch first so the traffic doesn’t look like scraping.

Super Investor is an independent research tool. It is not investment advice, not a recommendation to buy or sell any security, and not affiliated with any fund shown. See the terms and privacy policy.
