All data on Super Investor is sourced from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) EDGAR database. 13F institutional holdings are from quarterly 13F-HR filings. Insider transactions are from Form 4 filings. This is publicly available government data.

API Usage

Selected public preview endpoints are available without authentication for personal, educational, and evaluation use, subject to the following limits:

  • Rate limit: Published limits are best-effort and may vary by endpoint
  • Fair use: Do not attempt to scrape the entire database
  • Attribution: If you display our data publicly, please credit "Super Investor (super-investor.com)"
  • No warranty: The API is provided as-is with no SLA or uptime guarantee

Commercial applications, bulk extraction, redistribution, automated model training, and higher limits require a separate API or enterprise agreement. Public SEC records remain public; these terms govern access to our normalized datasets, derived analytics, and hosted service. We may block abusive traffic, modify public endpoints, or require API keys.

Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel through the billing portal and retain paid access through the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, completed billing periods are not automatically refundable; contact us if a billing error occurs.

Founding-plan features may be released progressively. We may improve, replace, or retire individual analytics while preserving the overall value of the subscribed plan. Prices and plan limits will not change during an already-paid billing period.
